We have 5 different dry ice pellet machines with different outputs to meet different production needs.
The smallest dry ice machine from DRYICEJET® is the KL50, which can produce 50 kg of dry ice pellets per hour. If you need a small capacity, the KL50 dry ice machine is the most suitable choice. It has a compact design and takes up less than one square meter of space.
Next is the KL100 dry ice machine, which can produce up to 100 kg (175 pounds) per hour and can be used in refrigerated transportation, catering, medical centers, breweries, etc. It is not only a dry ice machine that can produce dry ice for cooling, manual dry ice cleaning or other purposes. The KL100 can also produce dry ice for companies that need automatic dry ice blasting. In this case, the pellets produced by the dry ice machine will fall directly into the dry ice blaster to complete the entire automatic blasting process.
If the output of 100kg/h is not enough, we also have the KL150, which can produce about 150kg per hour.
The KL300 pelletizer is one of the larger dry ice machines. This equipment can produce up to 300 kg of dry ice per hour. It is the recommended dry ice production equipment for companies with multiple dry ice blasting machines and a large demand for dry ice blasting pellets, or companies engaged in refrigerated transportation.
The main dry ice production equipment is the KL500 pelletizer, which can produce 500 kg of dry ice per hour, suitable for companies that need a large amount of dry ice every day.
In addition, we also have block dry ice machines that can produce block dry ice of different specifications. It can meet the transportation needs of different situations.
To set up a new dry ice production plant or dry ice production machine, the following items are needed:
First, to produce dry ice, you need a tank with liquid CO2 and connect it to the dry ice production machine. Liquid CO2 needs to be found as close to the supplier as possible.
Second, of course, is a dry ice production machine.
Finally, to keep the dry ice pellets fresh, we offer our customers the option of purchasing dry ice containers (at least two dry ice containers, because when one container is full, the other can be used to refill).
All DRYICEJET® dry ice generators can be equipped with different extruder dies. 3 mm dry ice pellets are used for dry ice cleaning. 16 mm and 19 mm pellets are used for cooling or other applications.
